About Blue River Information Technology

The mission of Blue River Information Technology (BR-IT) is to provide our customers with Dynamic Data Center (DDC) infrastructures that are secure, cost contained, deliver the quality of service and performance needed, and have the flexibility to scale and evolve. BR-IT has in-depth expertise in architectures, including Cloud, and infrastructure technologies for networking, security, storage, consolidation and key line of business applications. The company has built a practice specializing in end-to-end DDC Infrastructure Life Cycle management that includes technologies, engineering services and professional services for each stage of the life cycle which it classifies into:

• Determining the strategy
• Designing the solution
• Planning the transition from existing to new
• Implementing the solution
• Migrating the applications and data
• Optimizing performance and availability
• Securing, managing, and maintaining the infrastructure
• Training for administrators and end-users

Founded in 2008, and focused on the Public Sector, BR-IT works with both DoD and Civilian Agencies. Examples of solutions include:

• Improving security
• Accelerating the performance of line of business applications such as Exchange, SharePoint, CRM, ERP, databases.
  
  In addition to current mainstream infrastructures, we have been at the forefront with Cloud-based architectures. We understand the challenges faced by Federal CIOs with the Cloud First Mandate, budget cuts, and the need to maintain and even evolve their current infrastructures while transitioning to Cloud, and have developed services and expertise accordingly.
